What you’ll do as Account Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and target audiences to provide strategic guidance and insights.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed recommendations and strategic advice.
  • Assist with the development of client proposals, presentations, and pitches, leveraging insights and data to support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and contracts in CRM systems.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing client needs and market dynamics.
